Chapter 7

“Little Chengcheng, I am your fiancée! Oh right, this is the first time we’ve met. Nice to meet you, I’m Jian Jianan...”

‘Little Chengcheng... Jian Jianan...’ the words echoed in Gu Mocheng’s thoughts.

Gu Mocheng’s gaze hardened suddenly. “I don’t have a fiancée. Please leave immediately, or you’ll have forced me to be impolite!”

“Hey! I am your future wife! Aren’t you afraid you’d be struck by lightning for being like this?”

“Someone! Get her out of...”

Jian Jianan did not let him finish. She tip-toed, wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him on his hot, sexy lips…

Jian Jianan was eighteen and was only 1.6 meters tall. She only hit puberty in university, when her height went up to 1.7.

Gu Mocheng, on the other hand, was 1.88 meters tall. He was so tall that Jian Jianan could barely reach his height, even in 10cm high heels! All she could do to keep from falling was cling around his neck as she kissed him, all the while worrying she would fall!

The whole field fell suddenly dead silent to Jian Jianan’s valiant, forward actions.

Everyone knew Gu Mocheng to never succumb to sexual temptation. He always coldly stared down female colleagues whenever they tried to get close to him.

Who could fathom that he was being forcibly kissed by a woman claiming to be his fiancée!

What was most interesting was that Colonel Gu did not even immediately push the woman away!

Was Colonel Gu possibly a masochist?

Immediately, the area was filled with the thunderous roar of applause, along with the delighted blowing of whistles.

Jian Jianan’s face was red with blush. Something was strange about her. Even she did not expect herself to kiss Gu Mocheng in front of all these people.

She had coupled with Xiao Yihan for so long. The most intimate things they had ever done was hold hands and hug. They never even kissed each other!

This was her first kiss!

‘Since we’ve already kissed, would it be weird to suddenly just stop kissing now?’ she thought.

After some thought, Jian Jianan made a decision: she stuck her tongue out. Before her tongue could even touch Gu Mocheng’s mouth, he pulled her away. Right then, he yelled at her. “Jian! Jia! Nan!”

The three words coming through his clenched teeth almost deafened Jian Jianan. She dug her pinky into her ear and laughed impishly. “Sigh, don’t tell me that was your first kiss!”

“You’re a girl! Don’t you have any shame?”

“You are my fiancée. It is legally within my rights for me to kiss you. Why should I be embarrassed?”

Jian Jianan had a pair of beautiful peach blossom eyes. Her eyebrows were shaped like crescent moons whenever she smiled, and she was so charming that even when she sneered, people were flattered by her.

The surrounding soldiers stared at them with astonishment. Forget about the beauty of a woman that could make fish sink, make flying cranes fall, or could shut out the moon, and put the flowers to shame. This idiom could never be used to describe Jian Jianan. She was far more than that!

“What are you all looking at? Run ten laps around the field now!”

The soldiers yelped in despair.

“Twenty laps! No resting unless you have finished running!”

With that said, Gu Mocheng grabbed her and harshly dragged her to the entrance of the military camp entrance.

“Hey, slow down, I can’t keep up…”

Jian Jianan was wearing a pair of high heels. She tried to match speed with Gu Mocheng but he was walking too quickly. Their pace was not in sync, and when she let her guard down, she accidentally sprained her ankle.

“Gu Mocheng, let go of me now! You’re hurting me!”

Aside from her ankle, the injuries to Jian Jianan’s wrist had not completely healed. Worse still, Gu Mocheng was grabbing onto it. She almost cried from the pain.

Gu Mocheng had never been so aggravated by a girl. His rage swelled whenever he thought of this woman. This woman who previously broke off their engagement and now had the arrogance to annoy him.

Gu Mocheng shook off Jian Jianan’s hand the moment they reached the entrance. “I don’t care about whatever your motive is. I’m warning you: both the Jian and the Gu families have already called off the engagement. From now on, if you have any empathy, don’t you ever come near me. If you do, you cannot fault me for acting out!” he reprimanded, giving her a cold stare.

Watching Gu Mocheng leave in a huff without hesitation, Jian Jianan nursed her pain, screaming, “Hey, I’m in pain. My driver has already left. Don’t leave me here alone!”

However, Gu Mocheng pretended he did not hear her, and left without even turning his head.

“Ouch…” Jian Jianan groaned. She hopped on one foot to a big tree and sat down without caring for how she looked. The pain was too intense!
