From this afternoon until this evening Stefan stayed waiting for orders in his usual place, accompanying John who already felt like he had lost a friend, even though he had only been gone for two or three days.

"I want to save up some money and buy a laptop," John said hopefully.

"You know enough about the IT world now. Make use of your knowledge, John."

"There are many freelance jobs on the internet. Besides, I'm getting tired of working on the tarmac. I want to work in front of a laptop if possible."

"Cheer up, buddy. Buy a laptop with good specs. Let's not change it again."

"Ready!" John suddenly frowned while rubbing his chin. John asked an interesting question. "You're an IT whiz. You should be rich, Stef."

John had asked Stefan that question before, or perhaps the answer didn't satisfy him enough to warrant repeating it.
