Aspen and Chantelle both gasped in disbelief. They could not believe that Andrew had just toyed with Luna like she was some puppy. He offered her a treat, dangled it right in front of her face, and then yanked it back when she reached for it.

Anyone with an ounce of pride would have snapped—and Luna Phelan was not just anyone.
