Seventy-Six: An appointment with an ex-bestfriend

LUCIA'S POV

I waved John goodbye after he had dropped me off at home. I watched his car drive out of the vicinity and I smiled, then turn around and walked into the Mansion.

On getting to my room, I dropped my bag on the couch and fell down on my bed, facing the ceiling.

My life has been filled with pleasant colours since I met John. After what I did through campus radio few days back, I felt like a heavy burden was lifted off me. I feel light-hearted and so happy. However, I still need to apologize personally to Diva for everything. I've not just gotten the time yet...

I raise my phone to my face and noticed I've got a voicemail from ex-bestfriend, Elina. What does she want? Why can't she just forget about me? I made to ignore the voicemail but on second thought, decided to check it. She's never sent me a voicemail before, this is the first time so far and since she's so persistent, I should hear her out.

I tapped on the voicemail and it began to play..
