Treated as a prisoner

Ruby started to shiver,  she looked at the man who walk out of the bathroom. She heard so much about girls being kidnapped and sold to white slavery. She had taken in the appearance of the man, he was tall, muscular he possesses a good figure for a man she only sees on magazines. When her eyes reached to the man's face, she felt afraid.  The man looked back at her in anger, written all over his face.

"What are you doing here?" the man said in anger that confused Ruby.

"I..." She tried to reason out but the anger in his eyes render her speechless.

"Get out!" The hostility in his eyes shocked Ruby. The man hold her wrist tightly and pulled her out of the door, and shut the door in her face. Ruby cried eventhough she was relief that the man didn't touch in a carnal sense  she  never felt so  humiliated as this time .

She didn't know what do to. She didn't know where to go so she hugged herself and sit on the floor outside the door of the room and tried to think how did she get to be in this place who was those people who took her by force? She long to go home, but where is her home? It is not anymore with Demi she throw her out already. It is neither with Melanie her husband will be coming home and both of them will be in trouble if her husband finds her there. 

She cried hugging herself trying to beat the cold with her flimsy dress. She didn't know how she get in this clothes that leaves too little to the imagination. Ruby fall asleep with that thoughts, when her brain was too tired to go on thinking.

She wakes up when  the door of the room open and the man who force her out of the room step out. He is dressed in suit and ties, probably going to work. He just looked at her and go on his way leading downstairs without a word.

  Ruby pulled herself together her body was aching due to the fetal position she had slept  in the cold and hard floor. She later heard raise voices as if in a fight. She is very afraid. 

Later she was helped by a woman giving her a comfortable dress to wear. and take her to a room beside the previous one.

"This will be your room in the mean time. until master Lukas will allow you to sleep in his room." 

"Why will he allow me to sleep in his room?" She looked at the woman.

"I don't know I was ordered to do so, I am just following orders." The woman looked at her with unfhatomable expression.

"Where am I "  she asked the woman.

"You are in the mansion of Lukas Gomez." It was probably the mn who forced her out of the room.

"What am I doing here. " He was afraid of the answer. But she ask anyway.

"I don't know Miss. but from what I heard you were bought by Sir Raul Gomez to keep the master company."

" By company you mean to say..." She cannot continue. She was afraid to even say  the word.

"I'm sorry Miss but I am just a helper here and what I see and  hear it stays here." She does not want the woman to be in trouble, so she ceased her questioning.

"My name is Ruby, w*...what's yours " She said too glad to have someone to talk to.

"I am Georgia, You can call me GIa, I work here as a housemaid. The master ordered me to look after your needs, so if you need anything just tell me." Gia offered her a smile. and she smiled back the first, after she left Demi's house.

"Make yourself comfortable, I will be in the kitchen."  and Gia bid her goodbye.

She stayed in the room. looking around, the room was far too smaller than the previous one. but it was more comfortable than the one in Demi' house she is always on the lookout when Demi's huband was in the house. She caught him spying on her more times, once when she went to the bathroom to pee. He always have that maliscious stare when he looked at her.

The one in Melanie's It has so many holes that Melanie had to place  so many curtains so that the people passing by will not take a peek inside.

She was treated kindy by the househelp but she was like a prisoner that she cannot  go out of the room they have it lock from the outside. She thinks of how will she ever get away from from this place. She is worried at her things in Melanie's house. she prayed that it never give her friend a problem with her husband when he will discover her things there.

Aside from Melanie nobody will worry about her, she feels insignificant in this world. She also wonders how could she ever continue to do her online job. she does not have her gadgets with her. She doesn't even have a change of clothes.

As she was thinking this she starts to cry If only her parents was still alive,or if Demi did not leave to work abroad  she will not experience being insignificant in this life.

Her niece does not have respect for her, she treatted he unkindly and regard her as nuisance.  only Rafa had been kind to her. Sharing her his food or when they recieved packages from their mother he would always make it a point to give her share, even give to her his own share if he does not need them.

She spend the whole day doing nothing which is very unusual to her . her body longs to do something it makes her feel weak being idle.

When she come to think of it she has nothing to do with the reason of her being here. As she recalled she heard the man who took her said that she will be the payment of her brother-in-law's debts. When she was about to get unconscious, or did she just imagine that.

It's about time she stand up for herself. No one will take care of her except herself. she will not be a pushover from now on. On this thoughts she begun to form a plan to redeem herself.
