I looked around my room and rubbed my palms on my thighs.

“No, it is fine, Lisa, I am just curious that a guy like him is working as a bodyguard. Seems like he is good to me.”

“Well, you know that bodyguards are rich people, right? And I feel Mateo has his reasons too, you understand, right?”

I kept staring at her. I thought at this point that she was just trying to rub it in my face or maybe trying to gloat. Now, I wanted to go to his house and see how it looked.

“Hmmm.. I think every part of the house is the best thing, Lisa.”

I smiled weakly and she nodded.

“After we are done devouring each other, he just splashes water on my body and we get into the pool together. Sometimes I think that is the reason why he has a pool so close. Yes, he is that crazy.”
