ACCALIA'S POV

I recalled the day we arrived, greeted by the happy villagers who had all welcomed us with open arms, and they were also believing that I was expecting a child. The news had spread like wildfire and soon enough, Don and I found ourselves at the center of attention, receiving well-wishes and advice from every corner of the village.

One particularly hilarious memory stood out: the village talent show. Don and I were talked into participating, despite our feeble protests. I remembered the look of sheer determination on Don's face as he attempted to juggle three oranges while reciting a poem about love and vegetables. Needless to say, it ended in disaster, with oranges rolling everywhere and the audience erupting into fits of laughter.
