Tempting him

(ACCALIA'S POV)

The club's intoxicating rhythm moved through the air and it was creating an atmosphere that was charged with immense desires. The handsome stranger's presence in front of me felt like a magnetic force, like it was drawing me closer as though we were two opposing poles.

With the effects of alcohol still in my head, it seemed to somehow lend me a very reckless confidence, I leaned in closer to the handsome stranger. His gaze were penetrating and unwavering and held mine in a heated embrace that left me breathless, it was almost like we were in a staring competition. The unspoken connection between us sizzled like electricity.

The handsome stranger was the definition of perfection, how could a man be so handsome?

He skin was smooth and so clear, he had strong jawline and dark blue eyes set deep into his face like a gemstone. His hair was thick and black and fell on his forehead with an ease that showed his rough exterior and it suited him, his hair was styled perfectly as if by a professional.

Just a single glance and anyone would feel like their soul had been stripped out of their body and left naked on a street corner in front of a hundred strangers for all the world to see. The intensity of his stare made my heart beat fast. There wasn't a doubt that this man was the epitome of beauty.

His eyes were hypnotizing and I knew without a shred of hesitation that he would make beautiful babies and also how men and any other women would foolishly and easily fall for his sexiness and charms. He would make them love him, he could do anything, even if it would kill everyone to admit it... and he'd take it all without a care in the world. His aura, the way he looked, the way he moved, even the air itself seemed to whisper about how powerful and perfect he was. He was the essence of a Greek god. And yet...he continued to stare at me

“Hey gorgeous," I slurred out in a drunken slur. “What's your name?" He looked like a Greek God and I swear I saw his lips moved slightly in a sly smile as he spoke, they parted just enough to let me catch a glimpse of his pink tongue. Was this guy trying to seduce me or something? Well if he was trying to seduce me, he sure as hell did not have to try too hard because damn ... .I would give anything to have this handsome stranger in my bed.

“I'm Don,” He said slowly, pronouncing every syllable clearly. He was definitely not going to give me the chance to mistake his name for something else. He took another slow sip from his glass of whiskey, and his mouth twisted slightly when he saw me wince under his intense gaze.

I noticed that his white shirt had only been buttoned up halfway, his chest showed off some toned abs. I felt a little dizzy watching him down the whiskey and how it made its way down his throat.

His pants were dark gray with a slight blue undertone to them and his brown belt fit snugly on his hips. I couldn't take my eyes off of him. He was definitely the hottest godlike man I had ever seen in my life. I wondered how hot he would be underneath all those damn clothes. I wanted to see... No! Not that again !What was wrong with me? Damn it, I really do need some help here! The alcohol has really gotten to my head

Don smiled and leaned back, “I think you've drunk enough, don't you think?"

"Mr. Handsome Don," I began ignoring his question and made my voice lower to a sultry and drunken murmur, the words slowly slipping from my lips like secrets too enticing to be contained. "I'm in quite a problem, you see." My words carried the faintest hint of intoxication, that was to show that the alcohol was still coursing through my veins and it was giving me a lot of courage. A kind of courage I would never have if I was completely sober.

I noticed that the handsome stranger's eyes were a mesmerizing shade of emerald blue and it remained fixed on mine, unmoving, like a depth that hinted at hidden desires and untamed passions. Though there was something in his gaze, a dark flash too hard to understand, infact, I was too drunk to decipher it, but it definitely sent a shiver of anticipation down my spine.

"There's a debt," I continued, I noted the urgency in my voice cutting through the club's noise. "A really really big debt that my father owes to a man… a man named Ken Peterson. He insists that I must marry him to settle it, but I can't, I really can't! You know what, I won't!"

In that charged moment, a shadow crossed Don's eyes, a darkness that stirred intrigue and left me yearning for more. But I pressed on, emboldened by the undeniable connection that crackled between us.

"Mr. Handsome Don, I have a proposition, you would love it." My words hung in the air, heavy with unspoken desires. "Marry me. Help me escape this nightmare, and in return, I'll be your... mutual partner."

I watched him look away, his expression remained cold, unreadable and bored. His gaze lingered anywhere but mine, I knew that I was losing his interest, I was desperate and the next words that I blurted out shocked me to the core. "I'll do anything you want."

His eyes locked on mine and I noticed the look of amusement in them and something else that I could not fathom. His blue eyes bore into my soul, almost like it was searching for something. He leaned in towards me, his lips only inches away from my ear, I could feel his hot breath on my neck and I felt a shiver run down my spine.

"Anything?" He breathed out in an almost whisper. "Don't tempt me, pumpkin…."
