Satan pushed Brianna onto the bed harshly. The devilish smile on his charming face intensified. "I am granting your wish, little rabbit." Satan started unbuttoning his white shirt and hoped on the bed. Brianna watched him without blinking- her tears streamed down non-stop. "Is this the real you, Satan?" Brianna let out a miserable laugh with a sneer. Satan's finger paused on the last button. For a second, his hands trembled, and the pupil of his iris shrunk. "This is just a small glimpse of the real me." Satan inched closer to Brianna in a hushed tone. His voice sent chills down Brianna's spine. His voice was like a call from hell. Brianna tightly closed her eyes and took deep breaths. She was ready to submit to the devil. There was no one she could blame for this unfortunate decision she had made. "Be obedient, little rabbit, and you'll be rewarded for that." Satan highly patted her cheeks. He treated Brianna like his personal pet more than a human. Satan tore Brianna's dr
Brianna covered her body with the white, messed up, smelly bed sheet and huddled up in the corner of the bed. Her body trembled with fear and disgust. "I need to leave this place. I can't live with Satan- that beast." Brianna covered her face with her hands. She kept shaking her head, and her loud wailing reverberated in the cold mansion. The bruises on her body had turned green. Outside the room, Roy looked at the door with pity for the sobbing woman. He regretted his decision not to warn Brianna. Satan was insane and after seeing Brianna talking happily with another man- his madness reached its peak. "Why? She trapped you with her pity cries?" Satan looked at Roy with a raised brow. Water dripped down from his hair. He did not seem to be the horrible man who tormented his wife.
"Satan, she is your wife. You should treat her better." Roy gathered his courage and blurted out the words with downcasted eyes. "Now, you will tell me how to treat my woman?" Satan pushed his hands into his pants pockets. The corner of his lips curled upwards into a meaningful smile. "I am sorry." Roy bowed his head. His legs trembled out of fear. To him, Satan held his life- just like the angel of death. "Go back to the company and bring the files. I'll be working from home for these two days." Satan commanded and walked into his room with a warning smile lingering on his face. Roy unclenched his sweaty palms and tightly held his knees to stop them from trembling. "I am Satan's man, and I should not question his decisions." Roy reminded this line to himself, which he had recited for years. Satan was the only man to support him at his worst stage of life and provide him with better education and an extraordinary job. Back in the room, Brianna had finally stopped crying. Her
Satan combed his hair with his fingers, and a cold, dark chuckle escaped his sexy lips. Slowly shaking his head, Satan rose from his chair and bent a little in front of Brianna. With a sudden jerk, he grabbed Brianna's jaw tightly, almost dislocating it with his tight grip. "Who gave you the audacity to spew nonsense on my face? You should be grateful I made a woman like you my wife." Satan inserted more force on her jaw, and a bright red patch appeared on her skin."You are no god to me, Satan-you asshole! I wasn't the one to beg you to marry me. It was you- you were in desperate need of marrying me. Now, you are acting all high an mighty." Brianna, with great force, freed her jaw from Satan's grip and mocked him. Her pointed finger trembled tremendously. "Watch your tongue, woman. Don't make me do the things that would hurt you more." Satan wiped his fingers with a handkerchief as if he had touched a disgusting thing. The loathe in his voice was evident. "Hurt? Haven't you hurt
The next day Brianna woke up with a severe headache. Her body was on fire with a high fever. Aunt Jule creaked the door open and sighed after seeing the situation of Brianna. She pitied the fragile and bruised girl on the bed. Her soul-less amber eyes stared at the ceiling aimlessly. "Mistress, you should eat something." Aunt Jule coerced Brianna to fill her stomach as she was on hunger strike for more than 24 hours. When she neared Brianna and touched her hand, it was burning hot. "Oh my! Mistress, you are burning with fever. I should inform Mister about your health." Aunt Jule was ready to rush out and call Satan, but Brianna held her hand and shook her head negatively. "Are you going to call the person who caused this? Do you want my fever to rise?" Brianna's words hit the nail, and Aunt Jule halted her step. After contemplating for less than a minute, Aunt Jule agreed to Brianna's request. "Fine. But you have to eat breakfast." Aunt Jule proposed with a smile and brought the
Life never tends to be easy. It is always filled with remorse, regrets and thorns. Not everyone's life is a bed of roses- Brianna's life was the same. She was remorseful of her haste decision- marrying Satan, and the thorns on her path made her journey more difficult."Farewell, Satan." Brianna looked at Satan's portrait on the wall and muttered in a voice only she could hear. With a high fever, Brianna silently dragged down her small backpack to the main door. As she requested, Aunt Jule did not inform Satan about her situation. He never cared about her. If he did, he would have returned home- to apologize to her for what he did, for all the hurt he had caused. For one last time, Brianna looked around the house and walked out of the front door- leaving behind the nightmare of her life. The other day, when Brianna was taking a walk in the backyard, she estimated the path from the front door to the backyard. As the door in the backyard was hidden under the bushes, Satan thought Brianna

Brianna walked through the streets of Florida with tears of joy in her eyes. It had been only a week, and she felt suffocated by staying in the cage. The joy of breathing the fresh air nudged her to believe that she had finally escaped from the prison- a prison made for her by non-other than her husband. "Now that I have escaped, where should I spend my night?" Brianna asked herself and sat on a nearby bench. Nights were never safe for an alone woman, and not to forget, Brianna was young and beautiful. She was not aware of the uproar she had caused in the house. Satan was going berserk with anger and a feeling that he could not point out. "How much more time do you need to track her?" Satan roared and slammed his fist on the table. "I am done. She is near the west park. It seems like she doesn't have a place to go." The subordinate did not lose his calm and reported the situation to Satan. "Get the car ready." Satan stared at the red dot on the screen with red veins popping ou
