9: Picking Medicinal Herbs Outside (1)

"Sister Ming? What is the problem?"

Sol Ming's cold sweat has finally been awakened by the worried voice next to her face.

The orange-haired boy has been watching Sol Ming's movements since he first sat next to her.

That's because the guy was previously intrigued by how she cared for Shan Mu's leg recently. It immediately captured the little guy's attention.

Meng Meng had never seen a healer take such meticulous care and knowledge of people's treatment of their injuries before.

As if the healer was afraid of hurting the patient; in fact, Sol Ming was extremely cautious for a very dark reason: she is very afraid of being seen careless again by Shan Yang. Otherwise, her hand would turn into a yummy—meat stick!

Oh, God, just thinking about it makes her life scream danger!

That is why, Sol Ming had her hands in her pockets too, afraid of making any loose.

Meng Meng learned how to scrape the rotten part for the first time when his sister Ming was scraping the dark skin.

While thinking, for whenever there are people who have been injured, they will undoubtedly suffer even more when the tribe's apprentice is healing them. Every time it happens, he could still hear the low moans, agonizing screams, and even the shuddering cries of families who had lost their great warriors while they were being treated.

Those apprentices are too inferior to his Sister Ming!

Just seeing his Sister Ming's careful and diligent hands working on Shan Mu's leg wounds is a very refreshing sight.

Meng Meng believes his Sister Ming is the best healer in this case, and that the Wu Qing Tribe is a mysterious tribe full of good healers.

If ever Sol Ming were aware of the boy's previous speculations, she might have a  Ha.Ha and dumbfounded expression: "...." , Attentive? Isn't she just afraid that Shan Yang will turn her hands into a serving meal if she does something that offends him?

Isn't the careless cut enough to warn her?

Sol Ming isn't stupid enough to enrage the barbaric man a few steps away.

As Meng Meng had already determined in his heart that his Sister Ming was the best and an excellent healer.

First, he had no idea the sudden cause of changes in Sol Ming who was tending to her wounds, but when he looked at his Sister Ming, he saw a terrified expression on her face. A lot of sweat is forming on her forehead. He had also noticed how the thin fingers trembled as it forcefully moved; was this due to his sister Ming's pain?

Meng Meng's hearts clenched.

He knows he needed to do something, and calling her was actually beneficial.

Turning to look at the boy's face, which is genuinely concerned.

Sol Ming smiled again, waving her hand as if nothing was wrong. Then she went back to concentrating on herself. She, on the other hand, does not want to cause a commotion.

She really can't afford for Shan Yang to notice them and will start on beating them next seconds.

That...that is not good.

Only as a consequence, she had to finish this as soon as possible.

Meng Meng, on the other hand, was left with an estranged feeling in his heart as a result of the seemed cold response.

With what happened recently, Sol Ming is actually a bit anxious about her attacks—which are self-harming trauma attacks.

To put it simply, when Sol Ming was only five years old, she was kidnapped by an old, perverted, middle-aged man who had taken her away from anyone's sight after attending their family's friend's party.

Her young mind carelessly followed the person who her parents know as their business partner, and that was after accepting all the three boxes of almond chocolates.

Later, Sol Ming had learned this was the biggest mistake of her life, causing her to suffer at such a young age. And all of the reason for all of this incident is because of the ridiculous love triangle of affection between her parents and one's old friend.

Sol Ming is the third child and family's youngest daughter, beloved by all, the apple of everyone's eyes, and bears a striking resemblance to her mother.

The last fact had given the kidnapper an idea.

To kidnap her, raise her, and thus have his way with her adult self. Under the control of a paranoid individual; being too young to understand, it was not that strange to let an uncle who gives countless gifts play with her until she wasn't allowed to go home. From then on, all memories are not a pleasant childhood memory

It is slowly becoming blurred with the passage of time.

The only good thing at that time was that she was found in the shortest time of three weeks, but what people are saying is that time has already passed and its psychological shadow has left her bad taste.

She remembers wailing so hard after seeing her sisters again, and her mother cried over and over again at the sight of her little baby, and then her father couldn't look at her eyes because he was crying for his daughter.

Then, she's diagnosed and admitted to the high-end hospital in the city for at least six weeks until the family doctor nods his head and allows her to go home.

It is very difficult to deal with her at that time.

Her younger self is always at the mercy of fear and trauma.

It left a very serious aftermath of what had become her; at the time, she could only recall a lot of attacks whenever she accidentally cut herself on her own or treated herself as it bled, and, of course, she had never touched her own injuries since the incident.

With all costs, Sol Rogue and Sol Jillian  brought several people to tend to her whenever she got into minor or major mishaps. As a result, she has a personal nurse by her side at all times. It is quite extravagant, but that is what you expected from a wealthy family like Sol.

Despite this, it became yet another minor source of concern in her daily life.

Now, after this transmigration, Sol Ming has never imagined she would be forced to tend to herself entirely on her own.

The wound might not be hurt for some unknown reason she has no idea about, but that doesn't mean the psychological shadow of her previous life experience will go away.

Apart from this, if her two older sisters are present, they will never let her suffer at the hands of this person known as Shan Yang.

In an instant, Sol Ming felt even more depressed.

Her sisters. . . where are her sisters?

Is it possible that they are still alive  somewhere?

What about other dimensions?

Or? Here?

It must be wishful thinking, but she is hoping for the latter.

All alone in this strange world, with no familiar faces, and then backward age.

This is beyond terrifying.

Shan Yang, on the other hand, noticed a look from someone and had an idea who it could be.

In a silent thought, he turned sideways.

Given the fact that he had no interest in bedding or caring for a sl*ve for a long time, he observed how Sol Ming treated Shan Mu.

It exceeds his expectations.

Is the Wu Qing Tribe truly knowledgeable about healing?

With such gentle movements that none of their tribe's healers possessed.

He is perplexed and feels complicated.

Though he noticed the female sl*ve's unintentional cut earlier, he was only planning to scare the other after noticing the others' focus wasn't on her doing.

It actually enraged Shan Yang, which is why he reacted harshly, and it was his younger brother who was subjected to the female sl*ve's unfocused attention.

He couldn't stay still without reacting to it.
