For two days, all we did in the office was answer requests and fill out forms.

Other than meals and our evenings with Solon, Nolan and I pretty much lived in that office. Our packs used to work together fairly well. Each had its own ranks and territory. I still think that Geoffrey is Michaels son and he has always been plan B if Jason failed to become Alpha King and from the dates on the petitions they put it in motion as soon as Michael was killed and Jason on the wanted list??

That's some BS even before the Rogue King and Morgana were killed they were wanting to replace the Alpha King? I'm guessing it was the Rogue King getting his allies to do that probably even Jason, Kent and whoever else was on his side. The newer request is probably Geoffrey and his ppl.

    Talia’s POVNolan made some room on his desk, set a pile of papers in front of me, and left me to look through them.The work was easier than I thought it would be.Turns out, I actually knew what I was doing. I didn’t know the people or the past decisions, but the tasks made sense. Some people needed a decision, some wanted permission, and others wanted me to back them up in arguments. I could tell what they wanted after reading just a couple lines.Anything that depended on knowing someone or remembering a promise went into a separate pile.
