The events of the past few days made me crave peace. I looked forward to taking a time off the whole chaos; Being away from Adam and Samantha's shenanigans.

It finally came- The weekend. Adam Jones was kind enough not to make us work on weekends too.

I'd boldly say that was the only commendable thing about him. It changes nothing though. He's an arsehole, regardless.

Sundays were my favorite days of the week. I feel the creator specifically designed it just to show off that he was a Gem.

I got to relax and ease myself of the week's stress. No random persons knocking on my door asking for a file or two. No annoying blaring of horns from outside the office or Samantha's heels clacking all around the office. It was just me, Bryan and my peace of mind.

As usual, I was at home that day, watching my favorite TV show "Roses and Blood". I fell in love with the show when I moved to Birmingham and I had never looked back since then. I was addicted to it.
