Olivia POV
I still can’t comprehend what is happening. A part of me wants to know what was inside but I am also glad I didn’t. I’m not sure I would have been able to handle it. The visit with mum was refreshing but now we are in the car on our way to Connor’s and the tears are flowing again. I can’t believe I am on the run again. This can’t be happening. This weekend has just been too much but I can’t escape it. I make a decision. Once I am out of this car, no more tears. No more wallowing. I am strong. I am a confident woman. I will not revert back to the scared girl I was back then. We arrive in the car park and I breathe deeply, wipe my eyes and get out of the car when Connor opens the door.
