~Sebastian's POV~

She frolicks with a lowlife—damn it!

I clenched my jaw as the image of her wrapped in his arms flashed in my mind like a slow-burning curse. Of all people, I never expected her to stoop that low. The way she stayed nestled in his embrace—as if it were her safe haven, as if she wanted to remain there—made my stomach churn.

My hands fisted at my sides.

She’s just a housekeeper, right? It’s not unheard of—housekeepers mingling with the guards, sharing beds under shadows and whispers. But this? Her? Why does this feel so different?

Why the hell does the sight of her in his arms feel like a dagger twisting into my chest?

My blood boiled. The fury surged through my veins like lava. I couldn’t take my eyes off the two of them—how they stood in the dim hallway, faces inches apart, eyes locked in a stare that screamed desire. They looked like they were about to tear into each other right there, lost in some unspoken heat.

It was obscene.

It was mine.

She’s mine—no one else’s.

  • Secret affair with the billionaire    Butterflies

~Helen's POV~Is Sebastian in love with me?He didn’t have to speak—the storm in his eyes told me everything. The kind of rage that comes from deep within. The kind a man can only feel when he’s hurt by someone he cares too much about. And I felt it.The tension in the hallway was thick, crackling like a live wire. My heart pounded, not from fear—but from something far more dangerous. Desire. Hope. Maybe even love. He stood there, still and silent, yet I could feel his fury pulsing like a heartbeat. Not the cold indifference I was used to, but something more primal. Possessive. Emotional. His gaze scorched me—fiery, piercing, wounded. I’d only greeted him, trying to ease the awkwardness of what he’d witnessed earlier. I didn’t expect a smile, but I hadn’t expected to be invisible either. He brushed past me like I was nothing, again. Cold. Distant. Dismissive. One moment, he acts like he cares—the next, he walks out like I never existed. And yet… instead of being angry, I found myself

  • Secret affair with the billionaire    In the grip of unwanted hands

~Helen's POV~Sunlight crept onto my skin, rousing me to the beauty of a new day. I went through my usual morning routine—freshened up and headed to the mansion.“You’re up so early,” Lisa remarked as I walked into the kitchen. Her hands were deep in a bowl of dough—seems she was up to bake something for breakfast.“I have to be at my sister’s school today,” I replied.I needed to finish my chores before leaving for Ashley’s school. Mrs. Hartley only gave me permission to leave, not an entire day off.“Yeah, that’s right,” Lisa said.I grabbed my cleaning supplies from the storage room and headed upstairs to Sebastian’s room. I knew Mena wouldn’t let me clean now—her sleep was never to be disturbed. It was 7:30 a.m. Sebastian must have gone to the gym for his morning workout, giving me the perfect window to clean his room and lay out his outfit. As I reached his room, just as I had assumed—he wasn’t in.I fixed his bed, laid out his suit for the day, packed the files scattered across

  • Secret affair with the billionaire    Exhausted

~Sebastian's POV~The smile on my mother’s face seemed endless. Watching her dance with pure joy—twirling, laughing, living in the moment—warmed something deep inside me. She looked genuinely happy, and that alone made all the stress of planning this party worth it.Mr. Moreau and his wife chatted with my parents, their exchange light and familiar, while Mena sat off to the side, glaring at me with undisguised annoyance. Her injured foot kept her from her usual party antics; she merely shrugged her shoulders to the rhythm of the music, clearly irritated by her own stillness. The party had been a roaring success—every detail perfectly executed.“Thanks for showing up,” I said sincerely as they prepared to leave.“I was shocked to see you here,” my mother told Mrs. Moreau. “I had no idea you flew in.”Mr. Moreau lived in the UK and only visited LA for business. He'd likely return once his current commitments were complete.“I was supposed to fly in today,” Mrs. Moreau replied, smiling.

  • Secret affair with the billionaire    What the heart remembers

~Helen's POV~Mrs. Hartley was overjoyed by the surprise. Tears of joy brimmed in her eyes—and somehow, mine too.The way her family and friends had shown up for her brought back memories I had tried to lock away. Memories of Aunt Mara. She was always there when we needed her. She treated Ashley and me like her very own. Even when life hadn’t been kind to her, she still stood by my mother’s side, never hesitating to help in any way she could. Aunt Mara wasn’t well-to-do, not by any stretch, but her heart was far richer than most. She was the one who got my mother the housekeeping job—that same job Mom used to support my father when things got hard. I remember one time, just days before her passing, Aunt Mara threw a small surprise party for Ashley. That was the last beautiful memory we had before death came knocking on our door again.Losing her shattered me. But nothing compared to the pain of losing both my parents. In just two years, I had buried them all—Mom, Dad, and Aunt Mara, l

  • Secret affair with the billionaire    Suprise

~Helen's POV~“What’s the point?” Mena sneered, her voice sharp enough to cut through steel.Sebastian's brows drew together. “What’s wrong with you?” he asked, voice tight with curiosity but laced with growing frustration.I stood still behind the bedroom door, half-curious, half-conflicted. I wanted to hear her response—goodness knows I did—but reminded myself it wasn’t my place. Whatever feud was brewing between them was none of my business. Still, the tension was magnetic, impossible to ignore.I sighed and turned away, walking into her bathroom.I didn’t have to step fully inside to know the disaster that awaited me. The sour scent of dampness curled into my nostrils before I even touched the switch. The light flickered on.Chaos.It was worse than usual. The marble floor was soaked, puddles of water spreading like a miniature flood. Splashes of soap stained the tiles like someone had wrestled a slippery ghost. The bathtub had rings of scum, and the counter was littered with bott
