Her Saviour

Jackson comes down with the girls, is it morning already? Apparently, so, I grab a coffee and sit back in the living room, Alena comes down not long after she and Jackson sat talking.

“Right, I will check the cars, including Alena’s new one” I walk out to the garden, I still feel on edge, the cars all look fine, Jackson is clearly going around to check all the locks on the windows and everything else. Alena refuses to let me go with her, telling Jackson that she will be fine with the amount of people there.

She is right, if anything is to happen, it will be when it is open and less busy.
