10: Leo

I walked towards the room where I left Mae. One of the men by the door gave the room keys to me so I opened it and expected to see her still unconscious on the bed but she wasn't there.

I walked further into the room and heard the door close automatically behind me. I stopped walking when I sensed that she was behind me. If I was guessing right, she probably had something to hit me with.

With a sigh, I turned around and moved my body to the side, dodging the table lamp she swinged my way. She didn't back down after being unsuccessful with hitting me, instead she swinged the lamp at me again but I was quick to avoid it hitting my face.

I didn't wait for her to try hitting me with the lamp again. I held it's base and took it away from her but she hurried to the door now. Why wouldn't she just quit? She opened the door to escape but I was fast enough to pull her back by the waist and shut the door back.

She wriggle and twisted herself to try and get free from my hold so I got fed up an
