"You're not so useless for me to sell you anymore you know." Leo laughed to himself before cracking her neck and making her go unconscious.

Mae slumped into his arms when he put her to sleep. He lifted her to his right shoulder and was going to walk out of his office when one of the men started to get up. It was the lanky one whom Mae had made unconscious too earlier.

Displeased that he let Mae defeat him so easily, Leo took out his gun from his suit jacket and shot him in the head. Just one bullet was enough to send him back to the ground.

Leo had the gun with him since, even when Mae had a gun pointed at him. He could have just shot her and ended the whole thing but he wanted to see how angry she was and if she'd really kill him with the chance she had. He decided to play around and look defenseless when she pointed the gun at him.
