Chapter Nineteen

"The nomination for class president is now open. Any nominees?" Our adviser announced.

Today is the nomination for the class officers by sections. I don't know what's special about that but almost half of the juniors are excited and their willingness to participate is evident.

Adhira, one of my classmates, raised her hands. Our adviser told her to stand up and she did.

"I nominate Cashiel Alejandro." She nominated.

She sat back to her seat. Murmurs occured about whom she nominated. Cashiel Alejandro is the rank 1 among our class. He gets high scores every quizzes, exams and recitations. In short, he's the genius of our section. Somehow, I agreed to Adhira for nominating him as the president of our class.

The adviser wrote his name on the whiteboard."Any other nominees?" She asked again after.
