Ch 34 - The Golden Wolf

She didn’t feel the breaking of her heart. She didn’t feel the snapping of the bond. She didn’t even feel the pain in her chest.

ALL SHE FELT WAS SEARING, HOT FIRE!

She didn’t see the bullets. She didn’t see the arrows. She didn’t even see the blood.

ALL SHE SAW WAS RED!

She let out what sounded like a cross between a strangled cry, and a battle cry. She launched herself at him, and he was caught off guard. They tumbled around, until he realized that she was stronger than he had initially thought.

Anger was an understatement for what she felt. All her negative emotions had come together and taken over her body and her senses. She could feel her wolf on the surface before she was roughly thrown against a tree.

“He shouldn’t have gone and messed with what’s mine! You’d think after taking this pathetic pack from him, he would’ve learnt his lesson
