Author’s POV

The training ground was filled with fog, and the warriors stood quietly, waiting patiently.

Everyone knew this wasn’t just another training day—it was the final test. The gamma stood with his arms folded, his eyes cold as the names were called.

So many people who failed the test were taken away to become servants for a year till they were ready to come back.

“Kai,” the head trainer shouted.

Everyone turned to him, some gave him reassuring nods, others were neutral, some gave him a cold glare. But none of this moved Kai. This was the final test, he had to win.

“Kai,” the Gamma smiled, and turned to the senior sentinels' direction. “You will be fighting Kade.”

Everyone gasped in shock.

“He’s fighting Kade?” someone whispered.

“Isn’t that dangerous?”

“Why would they do that to him?”

“Is that a problem Kai?” The Gamma asked.

Kai shook his head, removing his shirt and throwing it across the field. “No sir,’’ he smiled, stepping into the circle.

His chest was bare, covere

  • She's the Alpha    Claimed by desires.

Raven’s POV I woke up stretching my hands above my head, the song of the morning birds drifted in, the sunlight filtering in through the curtains, the smell of jasmine still filled the air and the candles had melted into little puddles on the floor. I cracked my neck and took a quick glance around. Kai had gone. A slow smile appearing on my lips as my mind slowly replayed everything that happened last night. “You liked it didn't you?” Leslie asked. There was no need denying it, my body have never felt the way Kai made me feel yesterday and I couldn't deny the fact that I wanted it… more. I was already desperate for his touch. My teeth sank into my lower lips as I raised my knees to my chest. I can't believe I almost gave that life up all because I wanted to be the Alpha. I looked down at myself, Kai had already cleaned the blood between my legs. I sat up straight and fixed my clothes quickly. My mother would be here any moment.I had to act like nothing happened, like everyt

  • She's the Alpha    Claimed by defiance

Raven’s POVThe smell of jasmine filled the air, candles flickered softly on the walls, casting long shadows across the white bedspread.I stood by the door, my expressions unreadable, watching the maids fuss around the girl I chose. She was sitting on the edge of the bed, her cheeks red, her fingers nervously playing with the golden beads on her dress. She was too innocent for what was about to happen to her. Poor girl would be defied by a stranger and she would leave alone for the rest of her life as soon as she gives birth to a male child. The maids dressed her quietly, pinning her hair up, dusting her skin with scented powder, and laying down the white sheet. The white sheet would be used to prove that I was the one that took her innocence. I swallowed hard, flickering my eyes away. I just wanted to get this night over with. "He's not even here yet," I muttered under my breath, trying to hide my nerves. I glanced at the hourglass beside the bed. Time was moving too slowly. Wh

  • She's the Alpha    The queen's bargain.

Killian’s POV. “Kai,” I heard her clearly. She mentioned my name, at least now she had proven that what was between us wasn't just mere feelings, it was a bond, neither of us could deny. But before I could even react, Damien came charging at me like a wild animal. I didn’t even see his fist coming, all I knew was that his fists smashed right into my jaw. My head whipped to the side, I slowly turned to him with a glare, wiping the blood from my lips. “You just won't quit,” he growled. It isn't my fault that you are jealous, I can control a lot of things but I can't control someone's true feelings about me…except if I really wanted to. “Killian!” someone shouted, but it was drowned out by gasps and murmurs. The crowd was already in a frenzy.Damien grabbed me by the collar and threw me to the ground, punching me hard in the face again. “You think you can touch what belongs to the Alpha?” he yelled, rage shaking in his voice. My expressions flickered to curiosity. What the hell

  • She's the Alpha    Kai is my mate

Raven’s POVI sat in front of the mirror, looking at my gold robe. Today was the mate ceremony, the day my fate would completely be sealed. “Raven, it's not too late to stop this madness, you know Kai is right,” Leslie said. I inhaled deeply, adjusting my sleeves. “You know we have no choice.”“You do, you always do and Kai is our choice, don't let it slip away.”I sniffled, flickering my eyes away from the mirror.I hadn’t seen Kai in many days. Maybe he was angry, or maybe he just gave up but I hope he doesn't resent me for breaking the bond. The door opened and my mother walked in. She smiled at me like everything was fine.“You look beautiful,” she said.“I feel like I’m being sold,” I replied.“Don't say that Rowan, I'm protecting you abd you know that,” she defended, walking closer. “Everything I do is for your good.”I scoffed loudly, slowly turning to her. “Please don't start with me.”She walked over and touched my shoulder. “The girls will arrive today, be of best and act

  • She's the Alpha    Bound by the moon.

Raven’s POVI slammed him harder against the wall, my fingers pressing into his throat. My breath was loud in my ears. His calm expression made my blood boil more. “Tell me the truth, Kai. Why were you in the dungeon?”A slow smirk appeared at the corner of his lips, his eyes locked with mine, filled with something I couldn't quite place but it screamed danger. I shoved him again, harder this time. “Say something!”His eyes locked on mine. “I didn’t kill him, but I would have if it meant protecting my secret.”My grip around his neck tightened. “You asshole,” I growled. “Why bring him back if you wanted to keep your secret hidden?”“I needed to come back, he was just a coincidence, a chance, an opportunity, I used him to come back.”“How were you able to fight him? How the hell were you able to defeat him?”He leans closer, chuckling faintly. “Don't you believe in your training? You are really the best Alpha in the world, the ones you consider weak are the strongest in other's pack

  • She's the Alpha    Beneath the lies we burn

Killian’s POVI was finishing up in the healer’s office when the door opened and someone walked in. A slow smirk appeared at the corner of my lips. I have been expecting her. My little princess. I turned to her, keeping my expressions neutral. “Alpha Rowan,” I muttered. “Can I help you?”She stood there for a second, not saying anything. Her eyes looked tired, like she hadn’t slept. We stared at each other until she finally spoke.“Where’s the healer?” she asked.“She left a few minutes ago,” I said.Raven let out a soft sigh and walked in. “I couldn't sleep. Thought maybe she had something that could help.”“Sit down,” I said, pointing to the bench. She sat quietly, not looking at me.“Is there a specific medication for that?” I asked scanning through the shelf like I knew what I was doing. “I have a specific potion for that,” sgw replied with a heavy sigh. “I just need to sleep, that's the only way to escape all this.”I grabbed a small bottle from the shelf. “I have a feeling t

  • She's the Alpha    A woman's bride

Raven’s POVI couldn't take it anymore, I stormed out of my mother's room, slamming the door behind me so hard that the sentinels flinched but they maintained their stance. Their eyes were the only thing giving them away. I scared the hell out of the poor guards…just like my mother scared the hell out of me. Was she even thinking? How was u supposed to get married to a woman? Was she crazy? Acting as a man is one thing but pretending to be a man and get married was a whole new level, how was I supposed to pull that off. I left my mother's chamber, walking outside, tears welling up in my eyes remembering my mother's last words. “You are a man, learn to leave with it, nothing more…you are Rowan not Raven.”I inhaled deeply, caging my tears. The last thing I needed was someone to come and see their Alpha crying. My mother's words were the truth…in reality. Her words reminded me about my biggest dream…to be a woman, live as one powerful woman and an Alpha. It reminded me that I wa

  • She's the Alpha    A mother's request.

Raven’s POVThe guards moved out of the way, immediately they saw me, my expression was enough to show that I was mad…dead mad, enough to tear anyone that stands in my way to shred. I pushed the door open and stormed into my mother’s room, glancing around before I finally saw her. She stood by the window, her arms crossed under her breasts, staring out like she was thinking about something big. She didn’t even turn around when I entered.“You might be the Alpha, but don't forget I am your mother, you should show a little respect?”Alpha? She was more of the Alpha than I was, making the palace decision, the only thing I get to decide for myself was war plans. Sometimes I feel like I'm just a tool to make her look good. “You closed the investigation?” I said loudly. She finally looked at me, her face calm like always. “Yes, figured it was the best decision.”“You don't get to decide that,” I growled, my cold eyes locked on her, like a predator surveilling its prey. “I think it's m
