Chapter 9

“What have you been doing with your life?”

Jada was surprised when somebody spoke next to her. She didn’t notice that Kobe had already gotten so close and he'd finally managed to ask what he'd been thinking about for hours now.

She smiled sheepishly at the man to somehow make him forget what he wanted to know, but it wasn’t effective. He just sat there looking intensely at her and he seemed determined to get an answer.

Jada suddenly felt scared, "Hon, Kobe’s interrogating me!” she called, trying to get Honey to rescue her, but the woman didn’t respond.

“He plays with men, Kobe,” Bambi spilled. He even sticks his tongue out at Jada.

“Wow! Aren’t you being rude? How was I playing with them when I was actually pleasuring them?” she tried to refute.

Jada knew what she said didn’t make any sense. But she has to say something before Kobe starts scolding her.

If she lets him talk first, she’d probably feel lost and she might slip up. And with everything she knows, that’s a huge no-no.
