“ Babe is everything alright?” Aaliyah asked Corey joining him on her bed. He looked fine before she went downstairs to get them something to eat so how come his demeanor had changed all of a sudden?

“ I’m fine,” he murmured rubbing his face with his palm. He was not okay but didn’t want to talk about it.

She set the food on the table close to her and sat in between his legs taking his hands into hers.

“ You know you can talk to me right?” she softly asked. He nodded to her question.

want to tell her his family was facing some issues financially and it was affecting him.

It was a scandal but his family had a way of keeping it from the press, they didn't want it blowing out of proportion.
