Catherine's POV.

"Dad, you can't do this, I mean why are you giving this slut here a chance to exploit us? Why are you even giving her a benefit of doubt? The test shows that Lauren isn't the father, what's all this?!" Anna asked angrily and I gave her a tired look, I'm just fed up with her drama.

"Look, beloved Anna, there's nothing bad about this, I'm just trying to do something that would justify everyone's claim. Don't stress yourself, the results will be here soon and everything will be cleared." Lucas said calmly and returned his attention to his phone.

"Gosh! Dad!! You're so unbelievable!!! You're driving me nuts, what's all this? It's like you're telling the world you don't trust me, you're making it look like you don't trust me in front of this village thing!" Lauren huffed pointing at me.
