Catherine's POV. Lucas' breath fanned my neck and all my cells suddenly became more conscious of him, my body screamed for his closeness, for his touch, for his mouth... For every part of him but he didn't offer any, I just felt his heavy breath. I couldn't move for fear of what would happen, my hold on the couch deepened and my fingers began to hurt badly. "Lu.. Lucas..." I whispered his name and inhaled sharply, his scent filling me and I can't help but wish that something else of his should fill me like that. I just want him, I don't care about logic or anything, I want this man to touch me."Are you alright, red hair?" He whispered into my ear and I reacted by holding the couch harder. If I'm not careful, I'm gonna have broken nails or I might end up tearing the leather off the couch."I'm... I'm... Oh, Lord... Please..." I stuttered, unable to think straight like a normal human being. I felt cornered with nowhere to run, even if there was anywhere to run to, I was not running!
