I barely slept this morning. These dreams keep haunting me, nightmares about the day my mother sacrificed herself and then looked me in the eyes, declaring her love for me.

In my dreams, she does these weird things, almost as if she is trying to tell me something. Once I saw her stand by the entrance to the maze, smiling with her red lipstick and beckoning me to follow her. I can't hear what she is saying, but her lips form words that I've been trying to grasp for days. Her eyes are always so hauntingly blue; in the past, I loved how at least our eyes were similar, but these days her eyes make me shiver.

What is she trying to tell me in my dreams?

Stuffing my mouth with cereal, I look up right in time to catch Azrael spying on me from the doorframe. He tries to back away, pretend he wasn't there, but his blonde hair is sticking out.
