Chapter 15
"Adler, son?" realizing it was his mother, Adler almost jumped on his seat.
"Yes, ma?" he asked, meanwhile, Elis, who was standing right in front of him, a few inches away from his desk was busying herself pulling her top up, holding them by their upper hem and wiggling the fitted cloth pulling it up her rich, curvaceous breasts that then, in turn, jiggle and bounce stupendously. It was as if she was putting on a show with him as her only audience. Vehemently taking his assigned role, Adler stared at her in daze while she was continued her show, now pulling her top and wiggling slowly as if she was tempting him. She suddenly turned her eyes on him, catching him scrutinizing her then smirked and that was when he lost it. She really was tempting him!
"Have you eaten lunch?" his mother asked while he glared at the tantalizing woman who was distracting him by just putting on her clothes then closed his eyes shut and fo
Chapter 16 Today's work was hard, after the call with his mother, Adler's office was soon then invaded by his secretary carrying a stack of paperwork, and he had no other choice but to spend the rest of the entire day finishing them, not to mention he had to attend his pending meetings, make and receive urgent phone calls as well inspect every department in the building himself. He also needed to directly monitor the company's preparation for its anniversary that was coming near, especially that they were going to do a surprise product launch for the consumers. He was going hard on himself to make ends meet. He didn't want to disappoint his grandfather's hard work. Not to mention that he lost his energy and vigor earlier because of the phone call, making things worse. Pressing on the gas pedal hard and his eyes focusing on the familiarly boring road that leads to his house, and the mirrors to check for the v
Chapter 17 "Fine, whatever you say, Sir," she said, going with the flow while a small giggle left her lips as she went the other way to open the shotgun seat. A nanosecond later, the entire car was occupied with a faint, soft vanilla scent. Adler figured that it was her perfume. As it wafted over the opening of his nostrils like a vixen faintly playing, tempting, he found it refreshing, compared to Elis' intoxicating perfume that he defined as desire's smell that would always make him catch his breath. "You've got a soft-smelling perfume," he complimented, wanting for the tender fragrance to last for a while as she sat comfortably on the shotgun seat and putting her bag on her lap. "Oh," she gasped as her cheeks slightly rose its temperature. "It's a body mist." "Oh, I see. I apologize for not recognizing that," he said with the same smile earlier as he stepped on the gas pedal at the same time, swerve the steering wh
Chapter18 When they arrivedat their destination, Adler easily found a spot to park on and pulled over there. "Wait, here," he told her while unbuckling his seatbelt while she nodded obediently. Once he had unbuckled, he made his way out of his car and walked around it to the other side and opened the door for her, offering his hand like how a coachman does to a noble lady. Understanding where he was getting at, her lips stretched into a wide smile as she took his hand. "Why, thank you, Kind Sir," she said in a rather posh voice. "The pleasure is all mine, My Lady," he said charmingly with his voice in a deeper octave, and they both laughed as he grabbed her weight, helping her get out. "What do you think we should have?" she asked as they walked inside the entrance of the grocery store, letting the security push the doors open. Roaming his eyes around, Adler began finding for a shopping ca
Chapter 19 "I love these!" she exclaimed, looking up at him and for the first time, Adler saw her genuinely and completely ecstatic. "I never thought that they'd finally be distributed here!" he looked at her with the same smile on his face while taking note that she like strawberry milk and thought that with her current expression, the possibility of her jumping in happiness like a little kid is a hundred percent. He went towards the fridge where she got the milk and grabbed a bottle, inspecting its entirety and reading its label. It was named Papa Miguel's Fresh Milk, he immediately distinguished why it was her favorite, it's because they're the ones who produced the milk, so she was likely exposed to an unlimited supply of it that it became her favorite or maybe it was genuinely her favorite from the start. He heard that it was recently manufactured by her father's company two years ago, it was sold first as a local drink then a food souvenir for
Chapter 20 "Good morning, sleepyhead," a sultry, smooth voice told Adler as he opened his eyes, a blurry face of a woman with a thick mane of hair welcomed his sight that made him automatically squint his eyes in response. "What's wrong?" the woman laughed amusedly at his reaction while he waited for his clear vision to recur. Moments later, his vision became clear and he realized who was in front of him. It was Elis in her robe-like negligee that exposed her bareness, staring down at him with her eyes holding amusement like she was witnessing something entertaining, and the right corner of her lips lifted up to her cheek for an alluring smile. The moment he had a good look on her face, he remembered that he was in her apartment. "Hey," he gree
Chapter 21 On another daycomes another 24 hours to be productive and self-denigrate oneself with creating a new record of how many stacks of records to be done, meetings to adjourn, conferences to travel and attend and create a new plan for the operational activities and most especially, cater for the upcoming company anniversary celebration. Adler sighed helplessly as he looked at the tightly crumpled layers of paper with a chain of words that connected each other, attached in one single file with the help of a stapler. He couldn't remember what was about, it was either this month's marketing and financial analysis or a copy of the contract he recently made with a client. He just came back from a tiresome 2-hour drive after finishing an hour's worth of conference that he had to attend early in
Chapter 22 "Good noon, Executive." "Happy noon, Sir Adler." "Lovely noon isn't it, sir? Lunch?" "Later, maybe," Adler answered and made a small nod with his moniker smile painfully glued on his face as he passed by every employee he encountered. As he passed one department after another, he caught a glimpse of most employees scrambling in their cubicles, organizing their things, and fixing themselves, even the janitor who was already doing a good job mopping the floor was doing it the second time. Unproductive,he thought while grinding his molars, thinking that it'll suffice the stinging of his head while looking at some personnel pretending to be busy in their almost empty cubicle while a few were immersed in their work that they failed to notice him. Looking at them right now, he began to wonder how Morgan could look at him with a straight face, all stoic and unafraid. Maybe because Morgan was
Chapter 23 "Hi, Adler?"he almost raised his brows when he heard a familiar voice over the other line. "Carylle?" he asked. It can't be her right? She wouldn't call him at this time of the day. "Hi! I'm sorry for calling so suddenly. You must be busy working over there." So, it really was her! He changed his sitting on the bench by curbing his back, slumping his shoulders, and resting both of his elbows on his respective knees, still overwhelmed by the fact that Carylle's on the other line and he mentioned another woman's name! "That's okay. I'm not doing anything at all—well, as of the moment. What's up?" he asked, rubbing his teeth together in worry, inwardly reprimanding himself to always check the caller I.D. before answering a phone call. But it seems Carylle didn't mind. "You see..." she trailed off while he puffed a cloud of smoke from his cigarette, exhaling a thick puff of smoke by just parting h
