As Mirabelle made her way out of her apartment, she decided to put thoughts of Ray aside for the time being. Instead, she would focus onspending time with Maria and enjoying their lunch together.

As they sat in the cafe, sipping on their drinks and chatting, Mirabelle felt herself relaxing. For the first time in days, she was able to forget about her problems and simply enjoythe company of her best friend.
