“My job is to sleep in the same room as you?” Kathleen asked.

“Part of the updated contract.” Nathan replied, “Did you not notice we only got one air mattress?”

“I didn’t see what you got. You looked to be in a hurry.” She said with a laugh. “Like you wanted to be out of the store completely.”

“Well, we only have one bed for now.” He replied as he looked around. “Though I am sure there may be one or two in some of the rooms that we didn’t look in, I would recommend not touching those. After finding out this was my uncle’s house, we will be putting all the major furniture in a storage room.”
