Zach tagged along with us as we went to a restaurant. Kate was still a little off again, he made me some chocolates and she’s like this again, but Cathlyn was fine. Zach kept hurdling me beside him, with his body in between me and the girls.
"What the hell are you doing?" I whispered as he draped his arm on my shoulder keeping me close.
"Keeping you safe." He winked at me and I rolled my eyes on him and leaned forward to talk to the girls.
"How are you guys doing by the way?" I beamed at them.
"Well, I am doing fine," Cathlyn spoke in her calm voice and Kate just smiled, she looked lonely. I escaped Zach's arm and went beside Kate.
