Chapter 172 - Two Timer

Wearing a dark expression Jared watched the news the lady employee mentioned and saw how the reporters had no regard that Jade was pregnant.

If it wasn't for Tyler that protected her well, Jade would have been hurt.

Gwyneth was right, they have to distract the reporters, that way Jade wouldn't be harrassed.

"Hey," Gwyneth waved her hands at Jared when she saw him enter the café.

Jared didn't forget to act along and wore a smile like he was happy to see the woman.

Gwyneth wrapped her arms around Jared as soon as he came near her. And gave him a peck on his cheek.

Jared was itching to extricate himself from the woman's clutch and to throw her away nonetheless, he held back considering Jade.

He patted her back a little strongly however Gwyneth didn't show any negative reaction and was still wearing a happy expression.

Jared felt like being taken advantage of. He just consoled himself that he was doing it for his sister - in - law.

This is just a little sacrifice on his part.
