Moriah's question was like a thunderbolt and struck a nerve.
"I don't want to talk about memory loss," Ethan said with a hard and harsh tone, his voice was a little loud.
"Ethan?" Moriah called his name in shock and couldn't hide her anguish, it's written on her face and it laced her voice. Her eyes were red rimmed.
What's with his sudden outburst? Is he angry because she forgot their three year marriage? Moriah tried to find an answer to justify his behavior.
Ethan suddenly regained his composure when he heard Moriah's tone. He hugged her tight.
"I'm sorry, love," his countenance and voice turned considerably gentle and remorseful at the same time.
