           The old lady was still very worried about leaving Belle with that man, but she accepted Billy's offer. The doctor said to Shawn that he had to go back to the hospital to do a couple of very important post-surgery rounds, but he promised that he would return as soon as possible to visit Isabelle and see how she was.

          Downstairs, everything was fine now. James along with a couple of boys from the stables had taken away the carpet stained with Isabelle’s blood and had opened the window a little to allow the breeze to clear the room from the stench of death.
