Selena Lethal

In all my life, I’ve never felt as weak as I felt today, I’m normally not this weak, I’m strong and fierce, but today, I felt very strange as though I had lost my true self. “Madam!” I could hear the voice of a man call out to me, I didn’t look up, I don’t have the strength to do so.

“Madam!” The man called again, I gritted my teeth angrily.

“What the fuck do you want?” I snapped at the man, my eyes landed on a very timid-looking man who held the door open for me. I had just arrived at Angel’s mansion, I looked around to find black tainted cars parked around.

“The Don asked me to get you out of the car.” The man said, his voice sounding weak, I knew he must have been through a lot at the hands of Angel. My eyes slowly landed on the floor, I placed my legs calmly and then held my dress up.

“Where is the Don?” I asked the man while gazing at the magnificent mansion that stood before me, it was huge, beautiful, and neat.

“The Don had a business to take care of, he drove away after your car arrived,” He said, I didn’t even realize when Angel had driven away, or even when I had arrived at this mansion, I was so lost in thoughts. After the wedding Vows, I was forcefully pulled to a car and made to sit.

“Oh!” I said, the driver in the car had walked away right after I had alighted out of it.

“Madam, may we go into the mansion, your room is ready!” He said, I nodded calmly. The man seemed very nice, he didn’t seem to be of any harm. We walked towards the huge mahogany door of the mansion, and my eyes didn’t quit looking around, I was searching for the perfect way to escape but the mansion looked like it had top-notch security guarding every angle.

Stepping into the mansion, my jaw dropped calmly, it was extremely beautiful, and it was black and grey themed. The man led me towards the stairs, I had no bag so he held nothing, I walked behind him without saying a word until we got to a door, I knew it was probably my room. He brought out a key and opened the door calmly.

“Madam, this is your room, and here is your key!” He handed the key down to me. He looked very nice and approachable, I felt like I could ask him questions regarding the mansion.

“Are my sharing this room with Angel? Who is she?” I asked, he looked very confused.

“Who is Angel?” He asked, oh, he didn’t know his name.

“The don!” I said and he tried his best not to laugh, his face was puffed.

“He is actually out of the country at the moment! And no, this room is yours alone.” He said, my jaw dropped slightly.

“He is out of the country?” I asked and he nodded. That man has just ruined my life, and I’m sure he’s probably having fun somewhere with women.

“That stupid man!” I said and the man was quick to shush me.

“The Don has eyes and ears everywhere, you need to control your mouth.” He said in a very polite manner.

“I don’t fucking care! HE IS A STUPID MAN!” I said, the man facepalmed with a light chuckle.

“My name is Martin Russo by the way, and I’m your assistant!” The man before me said, I mean Martin said, I rolled my eyes.

“Hm, nice to meet you, my name is Selena Lethal!” I said, he seemed impressed by my name, he had a smile on his face.

“Nice to meet you too madam, there is a telephone in there, whatever you need, you can call me.” He said, I smiled with a nod.

“I’ll leave you to rest now!” He said with a smile and turned around and walked away. I headed into the room and I wasn’t surprised to see that the room was grey-themed, the whole mansion was grey-themed. I walked towards the bathroom and it had the same color, I bent down slowly and washed my face calmly. There was a huge mirror in the bathroom, I stared at myself calmly and decided I had to take a bath because looked disgusting. I also realized I had no clothing to wear, I immediately stormed out of my room and picked up the telephone, I dialed the number on it and it was immediately picked up.

“Hey Martin, ask your fucking boss to get me clothes!” I said, I heard a cute snicker instead of a manly chuckle.

“Martin isn’t here, I’ll get you something to wear!” The lady said and immediately hung up, I was left confused about what had just happened, but I sat down regardless and waited for her to bring the clothes she spoke about, I just hope it wasn’t a maid playing a prank on me. I sat for about ten minutes staring at the ceiling and mumbling curses at Angel Roswell.

“Hey!” The voice of a lady and the door being opened brought me out of my thoughts, she looked externally excited to see me and she was holding onto a cute little girl who was smiling at me as well. The lady was dressed in a sweat-pant and a baggy plain shirt, her hair scattered behind her back and she approached with her arms wide as she dropped the child, I got up calmly only to be hugged tightly by a bottle of perfume as I would describe her, she scented like lavender.

“I’m so sorry I hugged you so tightly, I’m just very excited to see you!” She said, she looked around my age.

“Uhm, I’m sorry, but you are?” I didn’t care if my words sounded rude, I just asked straight away.

“My name is Bianca, I’m your husband’s sister.” She said, oh she’s my supposed sister-in-law.

“Oh, that jerk!” I said and she burst into laughter.

“I’m sorry he kidnapped you and forced you to marry him, I’m not happy about that. But I’m happy you are here.” She said, she sounded like a complete psychopath, while at that, I felt someone hugging my legs. I looked down to find a very cute child staring at me with a smile on her face, she had puffy cheeks and a very huge eyebrow, her hair was dark, and she was brown in complexion, just like me.

“Hi!” I said to her, and she smiled and giggled.

“What is your name?” The child asked, I squatted down and stared deep into her brown eyes.

“Selena, what is yours?” I asked calmly, the girl made me feel a certain type of peace.

“My name is Heaven!” She said, I smiled.

“Is she your child?”

I asked Bianca, she nodded no with a mischievous smile.

“She’s Angel’s daughter!” She said and my mouth slowly went agape.

“This is his daughter?” I said and she nodded, wow, this man is truly a jerk.

“Will you be my new mummy?” Heaven asked. “Daddy said you’ll be my mummy?” Heaven said, I gulped, me? A mummy? That’s a joke.

“Uhm, sure!” I said awkwardly and the girl was quick to hug me tightly.

“She loves you already!” Bianca said happily. This is one weird family!
