Chapter 108: ||Natalia’s POV||

Ever since the conversation with my father, I couldn't help but feel strange about Theresa.

It was becoming clearer every day that there was more to her. I mean, for someone whom my father claimed to have paid off and set up, what was she still doing here with us working as a maid?

Not like she actually does hard work, but she still wore the uniform and carried herself with the same humility.

Which was good. But too good. Too perfect.

I had to find out what she did on the side with so much money at her disposal.

So I decided to start my own investigation. I knew Lila and her agent were probably doing the same, but I would sleep better if I found out on my own.

I had to know if she had family. Where did she come from? What did she do on her free days? And many more.

The perfect opportunity then came on her next off day.
