Just then, my eyes caught something on her food and my eyes widened in sheer horror.

"Don't eat that! You are allergic to shrimp Lauren!" I yelled at her.

I didn't mean to yell at her but I was consumed with fear at that moment. Her allergy to shrimp is high.

But she looked up at me, shrugged her shoulders and placed in a shrimp in her mouth.

Huh?

She was eating shrimp? This is unbelievable.

"What would you like to order?" I asked Lauren who was busy on her phone. "Same with yours." She replied without taking her gaze away from her phone.

"Are you sure? We might not have the same taste when it comes to food." I tried explaining to her and giving her a reason to raise her head up and look at me.
