Trapped

I woke up a little cold. I quivered. The floor was getting damper and colder as the night went deeper. My vision got all blurry and all I could hear was myself catching my own breath.

I forced myself to get up and knocked on the door hoping that someone was guarding the door outside but to no avail. I didn't think that they would really leave me here without giving me food to eat and a quilt to cover myself in the midst of the cold. To make my situation worse, the heater isn't working.

I rubbed my hands against each other. It brought me a little warmth though it didn't make me feel any less cold at all. I chuckled humorlessly. I used to complain about our apartment because of its cramped space but now, I wish this room was a little bit narrower so it won't be this cold.

Hah… I miss my home.

I looked at the right side and saw the wardrobe. I already checked it earlier and it doesn't have a blanket in it but it was a little warmer inside. The temperature inside the wardrobe is less
