clara inner turmoil is totally understandable.she fell for arsenio despite him being mafia leader.she knew the risk however she followed her heart but today she paid for it.she lost their baby all because arsenio business.I think arsenio and clara will drift apart now

I feel so bad they lost their baby.it hurt so much they are going through so much clara and arsenio deserve lots of kids a big happy family
