Zada came out of the adminstative office with a map of the university, her schedule and the slip containing the details of her locker.
She was walking ahead looking at the map and she didn't notice the person coming from the opposite side and bumped into them.
"Are you blind?? Can't you watch where you are going??" a rude voice spoke
Relax Zada. Relax!!
You are supposed to be blending in. Don't react!!
She took a deep breath and looked up to see a girl, maybe around her age looking at her with narrowed eyes.
"Sorry " Zada muttered, praying for patience.
"Are you new admission?" The girl asked in attitude
"Yes" Zada mumbled softly
"Which department??" Came the next arrogant question
"Arts and Literature" Zada said
"Don't you know you have to wish your seniors here with a salute" the girl asked crossing her arms across her chest
Zada gritted her teeth and did as told. She was almost tempted to call her brothers when the girl giggled
Zada looked up to see the girl smiling mischievously at her.
"Look at your face!!! I thought you were going to punch me" the girl laughed loudly
"Were you making fun of me?" Zada asked, narrowing her eyes at the other girl.
"Yeah. I am also new here. I saw you in the administrative office. And I was waiting for you outside the office to prank you. How was it? Did I scare you?" she winked at her, making Zada's eyes go wide.
"Did you purposely bump into me??" Zada asked in disbelief
"Yes" she shrugged and Zada rolled her eyes.
"So who are you??" Zada asked, already liking the funny girl.
"Your new bestie of course " she said beaming widely
"Are you for real?" Zada asked with a chuckle
"Of course. If you have a doubt, touch me and confirm," she said, extending her arms making Zada roll her eyes again.
"So what made you think that I would be your bestie?" Zada asked
"You look cute. With those big round glasses and the hair in a bun. I like your style" the girl said
This girl is definitely crazy, Zada decided
"What's your name?" Zada asked
"Emma Hart. You are Zada right? I heard you telling the staff there in the administrative office" she said
They were leaning on the railing on the first floor and talking when they heard the powerful purr of motorcycles.
They looked down and saw three sports model motorcycles coming at high speed and stopping right at the middle of the college ground, followed by a sports car.
Zada recognized two of them as her brothers and rolled her eyes.
One should learn how to show off from her brothers!!
Especially Zahir!!!
"Oh my God!!! It's the golden clique" Emma squealed, looking down at the commotion.
"You know them?" Zada asked in horror.
"Of course. Who doesn't? But they have no idea about my existence" Emma said with a laugh
"Look at those guys. They are the infamous twins of this university. Zahir and Zian. They are royalty. You know the dark sexy sheikhs from middle east. Yupp, that's the ones. No one can distinguish between the two of them. They are too identical, it seems. Note them, Zada. They are our first project here" Emma said, rubbing her hands excitedly, making Zada frown.
"What project?" Zada asked in confusion
"Finding the differences. We are going to follow them around and find out who is who. I am going to be the first person in this university to find out" Emma said giving Zada a determined look.
"You are crazy" Zada muttered under her breath
Then the third guy took off his helmet and Zada sucked in her breath.
God!! He is hot!
She knows who he is. She has seen his photos many times, but photos didn't do any justice to the real one.
Liam Fredrick!
"That guy is Liam Fredrick. Your typical bad boy. Again nobility." Emma said, pointing at the guy with the twins.
"How do you know all these details?? Didn't you tell me you are new here??" Zada asked confused at the amount of information a newbie could gather
"My cousin did a diploma in biochemistry here last year. I extracted all the information about this university from her before coming" Emma grinned at her as she spoke about her source of information.
They saw a girl scantily dressed sashaying towards Liam and kissing him smack on the lips.
"That's Heera. Apparently she is in love with Liam" Emma said rolling her eyes.
Zada's eyes widened when she saw the face of the girl clearly.
"Hey, isn't that the same girl who tagged Zahir in a post saying 'the love of my life' last month" Zada asked without thinking and Emma let out a dramatic gasp.
"Oh my my! Aren't you a little dark horse?" Emma grinned at Zada making her nervous
"What do you mean?" Zada asked nervously, wondering whether she has blown her cover already
"I thought I am the only one stalking the university badboys. It turns out I have company! See we are going to be best friends " Emma beamed at her and wound their arms together and dragged her along the corridor.
******
The first hour was over and Zada was searching for her next class room.
The bell had already rung and she hadn't yet found out her class
She is gonna be late.
She was crossing one of the classrooms when someone jumped out of the windows towards the corridor.
She screamed, but no voice came out as her voice was muffled by a hand covering her mouth.
"Don't make noise" the voice hissed as she was pulled along with the guy towards an empty classroom.
Zada looked up to see none other than Liam Fredrick looking down at her.
Damn!!!!
"I, Zahir Ahmed al Zidra, hereby accept my role as the ruling Sheikh of the Sultanate of Zidra. I shall continue to preserve, and build upon the royal legacy and shall reign with righteousness for the benefit and happiness of the people forever." Zahir vowed, as he stood on the podium, with his right palm over his chest and his eyes staring straight ahead at the people of Zidra. It was the coronation ceremony. Zahir Ahmed al Zidra was getting felicitated as the next ruling Sheikh of Arabian Nation if Zidra!"I invite everyone here to share my determination and work together for the nation’s prosperity and the people’s happiness as the ultimate goals," Zahir added, his voice resonating with passion, instilling a sense of hope and anticipation among the people of Zidra. His brothers and sisters were standing on either side as he made his vows to his nation and his people. The security has been strengthened as there were many people attending the ceremony, including dignitaries from the
Though Zian and Emma were recently married, they had fallen into a comfortable rhythm together, their lives woven in a way that complemented each other. Zian now led the Ahmed family’s business side with his characteristic calm and precision, steering it toward expansion with a confident hand. Meanwhile, Emma had tried her hand at a few things, but as Zian often teased, she had the attention span of a toddler. Her parents, relieved that she’d at least completed her education, had stopped expecting her to settle into any traditional career.Knowing her gifts lay elsewhere, Zian suggested she join the Ahmeds’ charity organisation. Rather than dealing with finances or administrative work, he assigned her something more hands-on. Three days a week, Emma visited palliative care homes and orphanages, spending her time cheering up the residents with her infectious charm and boundless stories. Zian knew she could lift anyone’s spirits with her words, and she eagerly embraced the chance to

One month later, the sun was beginning to set, casting a warm, golden glow over the campus as the group gathered on the sprawling lawn. The last month had been an unforgettable journey, filled with laughter, embarrassment, bonding, and countless challenges. But tonight, they had all agreed, was for celebration—a proper farewell to the antics that had drawn them all closer.Liam, of course, had been the master of ceremonies for this whole ordeal, and he looked especially smug as he watched Zahir and Zian reluctantly serve drinks, their expressions caught somewhere between exasperation and amusement.“You know, I think I am going to miss this,” Liam said, taking a glass from Zahir and winking. “Seeing you two bow down to me—it’s been... enlightening.”“Trust me,” Zahir shot back with a grin, “you have enjoyed this way more than anybody did. But don’t get too used to it, Liam. As soon as today ends, we are going back to normal.”“Oh, really?” Liam laughed, leaning back in his chair. “I d
“I am not a bloody playboy…” Zahir screamed at the end of his wits, leaving everyone in the room other than Zian, Zada and Izzy shocked by his declaration.“What???” It was Liam’s voice that rang out more loudly. Zada gave him an elbow jab asking him to shut up.“Listen, Emily. I am not a playboy. I have never been one. The only girl in my life is you. When I was five, it was only you. And now when I am twenty, it is only you.” Zahir said, looking earnestly into Emily’s eyes. She looked at him suspiciously.“Stop lying.” Emil said coldly.“He is not lying, Emil.” It was Izzy who spoke. “What?”“He is not a playboy. He is plain stupid. He has this dumb belief that if he has this playboy image, it would make him more popular. He is only dumb, not a playboy.” Izzy said and Zahir glared at her.“What? I am only telling the truth. Who would do such stupidities like you do?” Izzy asked with a shrug.“What makes you so sure?” Emil challenged and Izzy smiled.“Remember the truth or dare game
Silence filled Emily’s room as she lay curled up in Zahir’s arms, savouring the warmth and closeness between them. They had finally let their walls down and the silence that hung between them now felt intimate, peaceful."If you say that this doesn't mean a thing..." Zahir trailed off, his voice a low, warning murmur as he brushed a hand through her hair, his eyes locked onto hers.Emily laughed softly, resting her head on his chest. "You are mine, Emily Langston," he whispered possessively."And you are mine, Zahir Ahmed," She whispered back, equally possessive.Zahir smirked, a glint of satisfaction in his eyes. He loved how she was never intimidated by him, always ready to challenge him, push back, stand toe-to-toe. They lay there for a moment, wrapped up in each other, enjoying a rare, unguarded moment. But suddenly, the sound of the front door opening and footsteps approaching the living room startled them out of their reverie.Emily quickly pulled the blanket up, her eyes wide
