Chapter One Hundred Six: Spending The Night Together

"Yes, Sir. I'm absolutely fine. Why are you outside?" Clarissa curiously asked him.

"Oh, I'm just here to get some fresh air. How about you, what are you doing here?" Toru asked her the same question.

"Uh, same to you, I guess. I'm feeling a bit suffocated inside." Clarissa responded, while shrugging her shoulders.

His instinct's telling him that Clarissa's hiding her real feelings. Anyway, he doesn't have the right to force her to tell him the truth.

Clarissa smiled at him, and then she spoke again.

"I have to go back inside..." she informed him.

"Oh, alright. I'll just stay here for a bit more. I'll go back inside in a few minutes." Toru smiled back at her.

Clarissa nodded, then afterwards, she walks back inside...

Toru watched her walking away until she's out of sight.
