Draven scratched the back of his head even though it didn’t itch as he was faced with the current situation. No gentleman should be in his situation right now. Not even when his sister had given him her permission and made a perfect excuse for him. Still, in his effort to respect people’s privacy, he resided in one corner of the spacious room so no one could feel his presence. But not so far away that he couldn’t see his beloved sister, of course.

“I’m pregnant,” said her sister to the man in front of her. It was the second man who’d gone to the hospital on the night she’d had an accident. Clarabelle’s green eyes met her brother’s for a split second before she fixed her eyes on the man. Draven couldn’t see the man’s face but he could tell that that man was probably going through some shock. His sister truly held nothing back when she sprung the news to this poor guy. “And could be your child.”
