Chapter 10: She is His

Zehra looked at herself in the mirror; seeing her face with blood on it, she almost cried. She was the reason why Cade took someone's life. Before that, countless deaths from her kingdom happened because of her, too. When will it end? Why did Cade keep on killing people? Did he like killing them, or was it just another deadly obsession?

There were too many questions, and yet they will remain unanswered.

She stood up, groaning in pain a little. She stripped her clothes off and went for a hot bath. There was a red bruise on her stomach from the punch of that man who almost raped her.

Sighing softly, she got into the hot water, wanting to feel better than she felt right now. After taking a bath, Zehra sat on her bed-no, his bed, wearing her light pink gown that ended on her ankles. Her hair was wet and curly. When she sat, she pulled her legs to her face, thinking about everything that happened.

"My lady," Ember entered, worried about the look of her lady. "Are you tired? Did you eat
