Chapter 6: To the Beast Lair

Cade growled lowly in her ears and felt her shiver under his touch, her body growing stiff.

"Your sacred traditions aren't needed in my territory, little rabbit. Even fate that you strongly believe doesn't exist here," he whispered, sending chills to Zehra.
