Julian's pov

Kim's voice trembled as she spoke. "Julian, you don't have to leave. Gabriel is a man so he is just jealous. He left me for weeks, and you were here to protect us. What if he leaves again? We will be alone."

"I don't want to make you uncomfortable, Kim. He doesn't like me, and i have enough money to support myself. Let me go," I replied, sitting on the bed.

She walked from the door to the couch beside my bed. "I don't want you to leave. You know how I feel about you," she muttered, her voice shaky.

We locked gazes, and I saw the sadness in her eyes. "Kim, you are a beautiful woman. but I don't want to be involve in a love triangle. I have a lot going on in my life already."

She sighed. "It's okay if you don't want to be with me, but promise you will stay. If not for me but for Daniel's sake," Kim pleaded.

I had no choice than to accept to stay. All I needed to do was to stay out of Gabriel's business and avoid meals with them.
