“Oh no!”. Vanessa murmured fearfully.

“What's wrong?”. They all asked at once.

“Alpha Edward did not take the portion!”. She gasped, showing them the vail.

“That is not possible I gave them to him myself!”. Enzo murmured, staring at the portion in Vanessa's hand.

“Fuck!”. She murmured frustratedly, running her hands through her hair.

“This is bad!”. She added.

“What’s gonna happen now?”. Enzo murmured.

"This is bad," Enzo said, his brow furrowed in concern. "If Alpha Edward doesn't take the portion, he could die."

“I don't know,” Vanessa said, her voice trembling.

“I can't believe this is happening,” Vanessa said, shaking her head in disbelief. “Why would he not take the portion?”.

“Probably felt too guilty and proud to take it!”. Kayla said, rolling her eyes.

“There’s only three hours left before midnight!”. Vanessa murmured.

“Vanessa, will he be fine?”. Enzo murmured, fear written all over his face.

“That only depends on your goddess!”.
