12. The day he questioned her
It was not until the next night that he decided to visit her, he managed to slip into her apartment without being noticed. She was sleeping in her usual attire, Gus greeted him when he slithered around Yegor's feet.
He shooed the fat ball of fur outside her bedroom and joined her as he spooned her and take in her scent like a true pervert. And Karla being an agent at heart, she reached for her gun under the pillow and raised it to his temple in seconds.
