Five years later

Karla looked at him furiously but carefully put the gun back inside the secret compartment by the kitchen counter.
"I should've hidden all the guns when we're going normal." He muttered in annoyance.
"Pfft... there won't be any normalcy for us. Come on help me up! I'm as big as an elephant."
Gus the older ball of fur confirmed her words by getting up from his cat bed and slipped through the cat door. He knows for sure that his human couple was far from normal.
