wow ... this is a good story

This is a werewolf meets film noir story. Clever characters, interesting metaphors, and despite not being that far into the plot, very captivating and fun to read.

I am amending my review after finishing this book, which ends on an awkward note. Unfortunately some stars were lost due to sudden and persistent continuity issues. Character names were swapped as if they are interchangeable instead of individuals. This worsened as the book continued till the end.
