Chapter 22: My first day at work, with my cruel mate

"You look beautiful," Charles told me as he stares at me.

I nodded, thanking him.

"I got a pair of shoes, for her since the first pair of my wife's shoes did fit her," he told mamma.

My mom took it from him and urged me to sit on the side of the bed; while she helped me put them on.

"These are called heels," my mamma told me as I stared at the fancy red shoes.

"The heels are not too long, so, I guess you'll be able to wear them without falling," Dr. Charles's said at the door.

I nodded.

"Get up and try to see if you can walk within them," my mom told me as she completed putting on my shoes.

I twist my feet before I got up feeling how strange they felt on my feet, but they were indeed stylish. I loved them even though I hated I was wearing them to the asshole home. I then slowly stand.

"Wow," I said. Feeling how tall they made me become.

"Come, let us see if you can manage the heels," Dr. Charles's told me.
