Logan's POV...

 

"If you come close to both of us, I will slit her throat this minute just like I did to that thing on the floor!" Alpha Carl threatened, and that was when I noticed a strange lady who lay dead on the floor. 

 

So he killed the lady, and he is planning to kill Alexa. Has he gone nuts? 

 

I decided to calm down. If I did otherwise, I might end up losing Alexa. 

 

I looked at Alexa and noticed her fearful expression. She must have been scared to death as Alpha Carl placed the sharp sword close to her neck. 

 

Alpha Carl slowly pulled her up and held her to himself, still placing the knife on her neck.

 

"What has gone into your head? If you hurt her again, I am gonna kill you." I threatened, and he laughed instead. 

 

"Why are you here? I thought you sold her to me. I told her everything already. Let's not breach the rules of our contract,"
