Chapter 14

Arnold

I didn't sleep at all during the night, I was agitated so I kept pacing quietly because I didn't want anyone with sharp hearing to hear me pacing and realize I was troubled about something. Ted was on the sofa bed so my bed was free and available for me to sleep on, but I was too troubled to sleep. I kept thinking about what to do about Alpha Colin Gate and how to weed out his supporters as well. I have to be very careful and vigilant as I already have traitors in my pack.

"Good morning, Alpha."

I turned to see Ted rising slowly from the sofa bed and trying to bow at the same time. It was a very funny sight to behold. I replied his greetings and told him to be careful on his way back to his own room, he bowed and left after thanking me for letting him spend the night in my room.
